Returns and exchanges will be handled on an individual basis.  Please ask questions or request a consult prior to ordering so that you select the very best options for your skin.

Should an unlikely skin reaction occur, please take photos of your experience withing 3 days of receiving your order and email help@denamcgill@com to arrange an exchange. 

Should products arrive damaged in shipment, please take a photo immediately and email help@denamcgill.com and we will get it resolved as quickly as possible.
